Why am I experiencing dropped calls on my mobile device?

  1. Check for signal strength – Poor signal can interrupt calls on mobile devices. Check to see if your signal strength is optimal.

  2. Check for outdated network profile or firmware – Make sure you are using the latest network profile and/or firmware.

  3. Check for app conflicts – Numerous applications can lead to conflicts in software. Disable any unused applications to prevent dropped calls.

  4. Check settings – Make sure both mobile data and Wi-Fi are enabled and your phone is set to the correct voice and data network.

  5. Reboot your device – Reboot your phone and router if possible to clear out any lingering issues.
