There are a few steps you can take to try and get your phone to turn on again:

1. Press and hold the Power button for 20-30 seconds.


2. Try plugging in your phone to a power source and let it charge for a few minutes.


3. Check to see if the Power button is jammed or sticking. If it sticks, gently clean the area around the button.


4. Attempt to do a force restart by pressing and holding the Volume Down and Power buttons together.


5. Check to see if you need to replace the battery or the screen.
