How do I fix issues with downloading or playing music on my phone?

  1. Make sure the device is connected to the Internet
    Check to make sure your phone is connected to your home network or a mobile network.
  2. Update your phone’s music app.
    Look for the newest version of the music app and update your app to the latest version.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the app

  5. Free up some memory
