1. Check that your volume is set to maximum:

• Open the Volume Mixer
• Check that the volume is up to the desired level

2. Check that you have the correct audio device installed:

• Open the Device Manager
• Navigate to the Audio outputs and inputs category
• Ensure the correct audio device is enabled

3. Update your audio drivers:

• Open the Device Manager
• Navigate to the Audio outputs and inputs category
• Right-click on the audio device
• Select the ‘Update drivers’ option

4. Check audio cables and restore system defaults:

• Check that all audio cables are plugged in
• Restore any audio settings to their system defaults
