Why is my laptop’s battery not charging when plugged in?

1. Check the power cord and adapter for any damage.
2. Unplug the power cord from your laptop and wall for 5 minutes. Then plug them back in and attempt to charge.
3. Attempt to charge from a different outlet or power strip.
4. Inspect the inside of your laptop’s charging port for any debris.
5. If none of these options worked, consider consulting your laptop’s manufacturer.
