- Verify Your Network Adapter is Enabled:
- Check Network Device on Device Manager
- Right Click on Network Device and Enable it
- Verify Your Wireless Adapter is Enabled:
- Find a network switch to turn it on
- Alternatively, use a FN button
- Check Your Wireless Network Connection:
- Verify the network Name is correct
- Verify the Password is correct
- Check Network Troubleshoot:
- Open Network troubleshoot UI
- Follow the wizard provided to resolve issues
If you have verified all of the suggestions above and still cannot connect to your wifi network, then contact your IT Support Department to help resolve the issue.
