First, check the network password. Make sure it is the correct one and that it's typed correctly.

If so, the following steps can be taken:

1. Check that Wi-Fi networking is enabled on your laptop.
2. Reset your Wi-Fi settings.
3. Make sure the correct network is selected.
4. Disable and re-enable Wi-Fi networking.
5. Update drivers.
6. Try different networking protocols.
