To change the default language on your laptop:

1. Open Settings
   Go to your computer's Settings menu and click on ‘Time and Language’.
2. Change Language
   Under the 'Region & language' tab, you will see a list of installed languages. Select your desired language and click 'Make this the primary language'.
3. Sign Out and Sign Back In
   In order for the changes to take effect, you must sign out of your account and sign back in.
