1. Unsubscribe from any email list you no longer want to receive message from by clicking the unsubscribe link.

2. Create separate folders and filters to classify the incoming emails in order of importance or by subject.

3. Block or add senders to a blacklist to prevent any further emails from being sent to your inbox.

4. Regularly check your email junk or spam folder and identify any emails that were accidentally sent there.

5. Review emails from the same sender and delete any duplicate messages that may have been sent.
