Why are some of my emails missing from my inbox?

  1. Check the Spam or Junk folder in your email.

  2. Make sure your inbox is not over it’s storage limit.

  3. Check your email sorting settings for any filters that might be applied.

  4. Verify that the emails containing the missing messages are not archived or deleted.

  5. Restart your email provider.

  6. Check with your email provider to see if they have any additional suggestions.
