Why are my replies to emails not sending?

1. Check your internet connection
2. Check your Outbox for any stuck messages that may need to be resent
3. Check the server tab in your mail settings to ensure the ports and incoming/outgoing mail servers match those of your provider
4. Sometimes emails fail to send due to large attachments. If the attachments exceed 10 MB, try sending the email without them or use a cloud storage provider (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive) to send the link.
