Why are my sent emails appearing as drafts or not being sent at all?

  1. Check email settings
    Ensure that the send and receive settings are correct, the email client is up to date, and all security measures are in place.
  2. Check the victims addresses
    Make sure that the email address is entered correctly and is valid.
  3. Check internet connection
    Ensure that there is a proper working internet connection, and that it is not being blocked either by firewall settings or by the computer.
  4. Check email size
    Sometimes, larger emails fail to send. Make sure the file size is small enough or the content has been split into multiple emails.
  5. Check server timeout
    If the internet connection drops while an email is being sent, it may appear as a draft. Ensure that timeouts are configured correctly.
