What steps should I take to try and ensure my emails don’t show up as unread?
- Check your email settings for the email platform you are using.
- Make sure the
Mark as Read
option is selected/enabled. - Check for any new notifications/notices/updates from your email provider.
- Make sure your device is not in
sleep
oroffline
mode when using the email application. - Restart the email application/device after making any changes.
