Why are my emails stuck in the Outbox?
- Check your mailbox and server connection:
Make sure your mailbox is connected properly and is functioning correctly. Also, check that your server is up and running.
- Check your email address:
Confirm your email address and make sure there are no typos or mistyped numbers.
- Check your mail program or Outlook settings:
Make sure the settings in your mail program or Outlook are correct and that everything is set up properly.
- Check your outgoing server (SMTP) settings:
Make sure the SMTP settings are correct and pointing to the right server. Check if your outgoing server requires authentication.
- Check your spam filter settings:
Check if any of the emails have been picked up by the filter and marked as spam. Make sure the settings include the right email addresses.
