Why are my emails disappearing from my inbox?

  1. Check Email Filters:
    Go to the ‘Settings’ page on your email to check any filters and rules that may be in place which automatically organize and delete emails.

  2. Check Email Spam Folder:
    Check if your emails are being marked as spam and automatically filtered to the ‘Spam’ folder.

  3. Check Email Trash Folder:
    Check the ‘Trash’ folder to see if emails are being automatically deleted.

  4. Check Email Settings:
    Confirm your email settings are correct and allow for enough storage.

  5. Add Contacts:
    Add contacts approved emails to your address book or contact list to make sure they bypass any extra security checks.

  6. Check for Account Compromise:
    Check for any unauthorized account access in your ‘Account Security’ settings.
