Why are my emails being delayed?

If your emails are being delayed, you may find the following steps helpful:

  1. Check the email Spam folder or Junk folder and make sure the messages are not mistakenly routed there.


  2. Verify your internet connection speed is sufficient to send and receive emails.


  3. Test your email account settings and review SMTP settings.
