What do I do if I am receiving emails in a different language?

If you are receiving emails in a different language, there are a few steps you can take to try and read them:


  1. Try using Google Translate or a similar language translation tool to help you read and understand the email.
  2. Look for an option in the email app to change the language settings to the language of the email.
  3. Check to see if you can get a browser add-on (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) that will help you automatically translate the language of the email.
  4. If the email is from someone you know well, reach out and ask them what language the email is in and what they need from you.
