1. Mouse over the newsletter message you received, then click on the unsubscribe link.

2. If no unsubscribe link is present, manually type the email address displayed in the ‘From’ field to the do not contact list of your email service provider.

3. While setting up a new email account, find the unsubscribe settings section, and select your desired level of subscription. This will help keep promotional emails to a minimum.

4. If none of the above methods work, contact the sender directly and ask to be removed from the mailing list.
