How do I restore a corrupted email?

  1. Identify the issue.
  2. Verify the email header if any.
  3. Check the spam folder.
  4. If the email client supports, check the emailRAW data for further information.
  5. Check the receipt of other emails from the same sender.
  6. Compare the rejection process of the corrupted email with other working emails.
  7. Create a copy of the email and resend it.
  8. Check and modify the server/client configurations, as needed.
