1. Check to see if the mail has an attachment which might be too large for sending.

2. Make sure that your mailbox is within its storage limit.

3. Clear the server’s log-in and cache memory to reset the connection.

4. Try sending the email from a different network or device.

5. Check the status of the outgoing mail server.

6. Try encountering a copy of the email with a smaller size.
