Why am I not receiving any new emails?

Check your current email folders to ensure that the email is not in one of them.
Check your settings to see if the email address is valid and the notification option is activated.
Check your spam box.
Check your address book for the email address of the sender.
If none of these steps work, contact the sender to ensure they sent you an email.
