To insert a hyperlink that opens a specific email address in your document:


  1. Open the document you’d like to insert the hyperlink to.

  2. Highlight the text you’d like to link the email address to.

  3. Select the link icon in your tool bar. It is usually denoted by two intertwined circles like a chain.

  4. Paste the email address in the URL or Email Adress field. This will create a link.

  5. Select OK.
