Why is my document not allowing me to insert or delete rows in a table?

Check to make sure your document is not protected from editing.
Check your settings in the software you are using to make sure that editing features are enabled.
Ensure you are connected to the Internet and that your cloud-based applications are working properly.
Clear browser cache and close any unnecessary applications.
Check permissions and user-roles to ensure that the current user has permissions necessary to edit the document.
Reset the document to its initial settings, if available.
Restore the previous version of the document using a file-recovery program.
