Why is my document not responding?

1. Check your internet connection
2. Restart the application or browser you are using to open the document
3. Open the document on a different browser to check if the issue persists
4. Enable browser compatibility mode, or use a different browser
5. Check the permissions of the folders where the document is stored
6. Clear the cache, or log-out and re-log-in to your device if possible
7. Check for any third-party browser extensions or plugins that may be impacting the response of the document
