Why is my document not saving my changes?

1. Check the document format and save the changes in the appropriate format.
2. Save changes to a flash drive or portable hard drive in order to maintain the document's integrity.
3. Double check the save as dialogue box, if the changes are being saved to the wrong directory, then they may not be recording.
4. Save the changes manually using the 'Save As' function, this will create an additional backed up version of the document in which to refer to.
5. If the difficulties persist, seek professional IT support.
