To change the notification settings for a specific contact in Teams:

1. In the lower left corner click on the three-dot menu icon.
2. Select People.
3. Find the person you want to customize notifications for and select More options (three-dot icon) next to their name.
4. Select Notification Settings.
5. Select Customize how you get notifications from this person.
6. Move the slider to select the level of notification you'd like to receive.
7. Select Done.
