Here are some steps to help you share your screen in a Teams meeting:

1. Make sure you have the latest version of Teams installed on your device.
2. Sign in with an account that has permission to share its contents.
3. Select the Share content icon at the bottom of your screen.
4. Choose your desktop or an app window and click Share.
5. Select Advanced Options to change resolutions or share a second screen.
