How do I schedule a recurring meeting in Teams?

To schedule a recurring meeting in Teams:

  1. Open the Teams app and click the Meetings tab
  2. Click the New Meeting button
  3. In the pop-up box, select Schedule a Meeting.
  4. Select from the dropdown list whether you want to create a one-time or a recurring meeting.
  5. Choose the date, time and duration for your meeting.
  6. Choose whether you want the attendees to join before the host.
  7. Invite participants by clicking the Invite button.
  8. Click the Send button.
