How do I set up a custom view for a specific list or library in SharePoint?

Follow these steps to set up a custom view for a list or library in SharePoint:


  1. Access your list or library in the SharePoint site or sites.
  2. Click the Library or List tab.
  3. Click Create View.
  4. On the View Type page, choose which type of view you would like to create.
  5. On the Column page, select which columns you would like to include.
  6. On the Sort and Group page, specify how you would like the data grouped and sorted.
  7. On the Style Page, select the color scheme and fonts.
  8. On the Miscellaneous page, determine the audience, additional settings, and other options.
  9. On the Paging page, set paging options for the view.
  10. On the Mobile page, set mobile view options.
  11. Click OK to save and publish the view.
