Why are my changes not appearing in the web part properties on my SharePoint page?

1. Check if you have full admin access And user permission to the site.
2. Check if the new changes are saved in the web part editor.
3. Make sure all the customizations are checked into the source and published on the server.
4. Reset and re-add the web part and reconfigure it with the new settings.
5. Check the browser settings and turn off the cache or hard refresh the page.
