To change the default list view for all users in SharePoint, follow these steps:


  1. Go to the SharePoint site that contains the list.
  2. From the left side navigation, click the list you want to update.
  3. Click the List tab at the top of the screen.
  4. From the ribbon at the top, click the LIST SETTINGS button.
  5. From the columns list, click on the item titled Default View.
  6. In the list that appears, select the desired view and click OK.
