To change the default list view for all users in SharePoint, follow these steps:
- Go to the SharePoint site that contains the list.
- From the left side navigation, click the list you want to update.
- Click the List tab at the top of the screen.
- From the ribbon at the top, click the LIST SETTINGS button.
- From the columns list, click on the item titled Default View.
- In the list that appears, select the desired view and click OK.
