To change the default time zone for all users in SharePoint:

1. Go to the SharePoint Central Administration website
2. Select 'Application Management'
3. Under 'Application Security' select 'Specify authentication providers'
4. Change the 'Zone' dropdown menu to the desired time zone
5. Save changes
