To create a new survey in SharePoint:
- Plan your survey questions
Think about what questions you would like to ask and the purpose of the survey. Jot down any points you would like to include in your survey. - Create a survey list
Go to the SharePoint site where you will create the survey. Create a list and selectSurvey
for the list type. - Add survey questions
When setting up the list, add the individual survey questions. - Set up the survey settings
Find thesettings
page and configure the survey. Customize the survey to how you would like it to be viewed. - Send survey
Once all of the settings are configured, you can now send out the survey to participants.
