How do I change the user access levels for the shared drive?

  1. Check the current folder(s) access permissions

    View the users with elevated rights and assess if those permissions are equivalent to that of the Professors access rights.

  2. Review and if necessary, update the folder(s) and file(s) access permissions

    Check if all users have the correct access rights and the ability to open, edit, or delete the files and folders.

  3. Re-check all updates made in the shared drive access permissions.

    Verify that the folder(s) contain all the expected files and that the access rights for each folder have been correctly updated.
