My shared drive is not syncing changes made by other users, why is this?


  1. Verify that the shared drive is network connected
  2. Ensure other users are using the same shared drive and are properly authenticated
  3. Check shared drive access permissions and make sure that all users have appropriate permissions
  4. Check that the files and folders are not marked as 'read-only'
  5. Disconnect the shared drive, restart the system and reconnect the shared drive
