My shared drive is not showing any recent file modifications, why is that?

Check the shared drive to make sure you have the proper file permissions.

  1. Check to see that the file is not hidden or archived.
  2. Verify that all of the individuals with access are up to date.
  3. Ensure the shared drive has enough memory to store the files.
  4. Check the date the file was last modified.
  5. Check all of the relevant logs to make sure it has not been moved or deleted.
