My shared drive is not showing any updated user permissions, why is this?


  1. Check with the Adminstrator to make sure the permissions have been updated.
  2. Perform a refres to update the current position of the shared driver.
  3. Check the user profile to ensure that the user has permission to expand the folder.
  4. Verify that the users have proper access level to the shared drive.
