- Check that the printer is connected to the WiFi
Verify if the printer is connected to the same WiFi network that your computer is connected to by selecting the printer’s network connection status.
- Check the printer’s status
If the printer is powered on, check whether the printer’s indicator lights are on. If they’re off, stack enough power to turn on the printer.
- Verify that the printer driver is installed
Check if the printer software and driver are installed and up-to-date on your computer. If not, download and install the printer software.
- Verify connectivity
If the printer is connected to WiFi, temporarily disconnect the printer and reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Restart the printer
Restart the printer – hold down the power button for 30 seconds, then turn the printer on again. Then print a test page and see if the printing works.
