1. Check if the printer is connected to the network 
– Confirm if the printer is connected to the same network the computer is using.
2. Scan for problems with your printer 
– Verify your printer's connection status. If it has low signal quality or poor connection, troubleshoot to try and fix it.
3. Check the printer settings 
– Make sure the network settings within the printer are set properly.
4. Verify your printer drivers are up to date 
– Ensure the most current version of printer drivers are installed
5. Check printer spooler service 
– Make sure your printer spooler service is running. It should be set to automatic.
