1. Check to ensure the printer is powered on and Bluetooth is enabled.
2. Check to make sure the device is within 10 feet (3 meters) of the printer.
3. Check if a personal firewall or anti-virus software is blocking the connection. If so, change the security settings to allow the connection.
4. On the device, go to Bluetooth settings and search for the printer.
5. Once the printer is listed, select it to connect.
