Why is my printer not printing in the expected color?

If you have changed the ink cartridges and are still not printing as expected, please try the following solutions:

  1. Ensure that the printer has a correctly configured driver that is compatible with your operating system

  2. Perform a full nozzle check using the printer’s control panel

  3. Clean the print heads using the printer’s control panel

  4. Adjust the color settings on your printer to best match your requirements

  5. Replace the print cartridges with new ones
