1. Check the cables to make sure they are properly connected to both the computer and the printer.
2. Make sure both devices are powered on and plugged in.
3. Ensure that both the computer and the printer are on the same network.
4. Test the printer with another device to make sure it is working properly.
5. Try to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver.
6. Restart the computer and check again.
