1. Check your computer’s graphics settings.

2. Check and adjust the printer settings and paper size.

3. Ensure printer driver is up-to-date and compatible with the operating system.

4. Ensure all printeried color options, like color printing and/or draft printing modes are enabled.

5. Examine the printer set-up documentation.

6. Change the presentation theme to one with colors that don't require special inks.

7. Try reducing the presentation colors to a minimum (e.g. black & white or grayscale).

8. Run printer troubleshooting utilities.
