How do I add a timer to my PowerPoint presentation?

To add a timer to your presentation:


  1. Create a text box with the starting time.
  2. In the text box, insert the desired number of minutes for the timer.
  3. Right-click on the text box and select Format Text Effect.
  4. Choose Grow/Shrink and enter the desired rate of change.
  5. Click OK to apply the changes.
