To insert a video into your PowerPoint presentation, follow these steps:

1. Save the video file to your computer
2. Open the PowerPoint presentation you would like to insert it into
3. Click the Insert tab at the top of the page
4. Under Media, click Video
5. Choose Video on My PC
6. Browse to the video file and select Insert
7. Use the video tools to adjust the video size on the slide
