Check the connections between the monitor and the computer:

1. Check the power cable connections.
2. Check the video cable connections.
3. Check both the power outlet and the video port on the computer.

If the cable connections are secure and the monitor is still not recognized, check if there are any device drivers in need of an update. Download and install the newest device driver from the manufacturer’s website.
