How do I fix the problem of missing or disappeared emails in my Outlook archive folders?

  1. Check your Outlook mail account settings to ensure all folders are checked

  2. Reset the visible columns in Outlook to verify visibility of folders

  3. Check the Deleted Items Folder in Outlook. Your missing emails may have been moved there

  4. Make sure the view in the folders is set correctly to view archived emails
