Troubleshoot the issue of Outlook not properly organizing or sorting emails by sender or recipient:


  1. Open Outlook and click the View tab.
  2. Make sure the Arrange By option is set to From or To.
  3. If these two options are not available, double click the folder that contains the message and select Arrange By.
  4. Choose either From or To and the emails will be sorted properly.
  5. You can also use the View drop-down menu in the main Outlook window to sort and group emails.
