How do I fix the problem of missing or disappeared folders in my Outlook mailboxes?

  1. First, delete the Outlook Folder Cache file(s).

  2. Modify Outlook’s folder view settings or recreate your mail profile.

  3. Check to see if the Outlook Client is fully up-to-date.

  4. Run the Outlook Inbox Repair Tool (ScanPST).

  5. Check to see if the antivirus/firewall applications are blocking Outlook.

  6. Use a trusted third-party PST recovery tool.
