Why am I unable to schedule or edit meetings in my Outlook calendar?

1. Check that you have the necessary permissions to user your Outlook Calendar.
2. Confirm that your schedule shows up properly in Outlook.
3.Verify that the person or people who are not able to schedule meetings have permission to do so.
4.Check that all pertinent calendars are visible and shared with the people who need to be able to schedule meetings.
5. Make sure that your calendar is setup with the correct timezone.
